History of the club

The Club was established in the 1970’s and has over the years hosted a variety of events. The Ballaarat Begonia Triathlon in 1987, The Ballarat Courier Triathlon in1990, The 2018 and 2019 Swim to the Rings (2 km swim of the magnificent 1956 Olympic Rowing Course) in 2019 it also hosted Race 3 of the Victoria duathlon Series in Vic Park.
