We are running a free pre-race tips and tricks clinic on Saturday 16th Nov, to help you get ready for race 1 on Sunday 17th!
About this event
The clinic is perfect for those who are new to triathlon, haven't raced with us at Lake Esmond or those just needing a refresher.
It will give you an opportunity to get familiar with the course and transition area, and give you the chance to meet our club members and ask any questions you might have.
There will also be an optional practice swim (wetsuit strongly encouraged), with canoe assistance. You must register if you plan to swim, non swimmers can just show up on the day.

SWIMMERS SHOULD BRING:
- Swimmers/wetsuit unless you are an highly experienced open water swimmer we recommend a wetsuit you will see all club members will be wearing one. If you don't have one let us know and we may be able to source one for you to borrow
- Towel / Goggles / Swimming Cap

- Our Lake Esmond events are not suitable for children under 12
- To ensure everyone’s safety children aged 12-18 must seek approval from the club before participating. Please make contact with the club for more information.
